Introduction
Pom Pom Camp is found on Pom Pom Island within an exclusive concession positioned in the heart of the Okavango Delta as well as on the headwaters of the Xudum river system.
The Okavango Delta is one of the last remaining pristine wilderness locations of Africa. The Delta is fed only by the floodwaters coming in from the Angola Highlands and covers an area of some 16000 sq. kms. These waters fan out and about directly into the Okavango Delta creating a wetland system associated with stunning palm-fringed channels, lagoons as well as islands of which support a plethora of fauna and flora alike.
The exclusive concession is situated on the western boundary of the Moremi Game Reserve and provides exceptional Okavango surroundings and offers a genuine Okavango wilderness encounter. Lodge Facilities
The main building of this Okavango Budget Camp is attractively designed in addition to built of thatch and canvas and consists of a lounge, dining room, bar and swimming pool area, as well as a gift shop and the boma area.
