Safari Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi
- On arrival at Nairobi International Airport, a transfer is waiting to whisk you off to the Safari Park Hotel.
- Your afternoon and evening is at your leisure.
- Relax and freshen up after your long flight.
- Numerous restaurants are available within walking distance of the hotel.
- Meals: Bed only
- Accommodation: Safari Park Hotel
Day 2: Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve
- After a hearty breakfast, we start our safari with a morning drive to the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve.
- Scenic stops along the way offer you a glimpse into Kenya's history.
- Mara Sopa Lodge is our home for the next few days, after checking in we have the chance for some lunch and time to relax before our afternoon activities.
- Officially our safari starts with a fantastic game drive into one of the most famous game reserves in Africa.
- Meals: Full board
- Accommodation: Mara Sopa Lodge
Day 3: Masai Mara National Reserve
- With cameras fully charged we head off for our morning game drive, returning to the lodge for a siesta and lunch.
- In the late afternoon, we are off again, spotting, photographing and witnessing some of Africa's finest wildlife moments.
- Returning to Mara Sopa Lodge for another awesome dinner.
- Meals: Full board
- Accommodation: Mara Sopa Lodge
Day 4: Lake Nakuru
- After breakfast we leave the Masai Mara behind us, heading North through Maasailand.
- En route Lake Nakuru we pass numerous wheat and barley plantations stopping every now and again to stretch our legs and take a few photographs.
- We arrive in time for lunch at our overnight stop, Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge.
- A late afternoon game drive into the Nakuru National Park is on the cards.
- This is your chance to get a few of those idyllic photos of pink flamingo's in the Lake Nakuru.
- Returning to the lodge for dinner.
- Meals: Full board
- Accommodation: Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge
Day 5: Amboseli National Park
- After breakfast and with a picnic lunch on board, we head off for the famous Amboseli National Park.
- As we leave the Rift Valley behinds us we stop several times for some scenic photo opportunities.
- We enter Amboseli National Park and game drive to home for the next few nights, Amboseli Sopa Lodge arriving in the early evening.
- Meals: Full board
- Accommodation: Amboseli Sopa Lodge
Day 6: Amboseli National Park
- Our safari continues with a morning game drive through the Amboseli, famed for her vast herds of elephants.
- Wildlife framed by the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro is something to behold.
- Lunch and siesta time at Amboseli Sopa Lodge for our afternoon game and wildlife activities.
- Meals: Full board
- Accommodation: Amboseli Sopa Lodge
Day 7: Kenya Classic Safari Ends
- Our last few hours together.
- Leaving the Amboseli National Park we visit a few cultural markets before heading back to Nairobi.
- Arriving in Nairobi, a transfer to your hotel or JKIA airport for your onward flight.
- Meals: Breakfast
