Day 1: Etosha Heights Private Reserve
- Your safari starts in one of Namibia's best wildlife regions, the private Etosha Heights Game Reserve.
- If time permits, an afternoon game drive is on the cards.
- Safarihoek Lodge is your home for the next three nights, stunning views, professional staff and delicious cuisine.

Days 2-3: Etosha Heights Private Reserve
- Safari activities over the next two days are based around morning and afternoon game drives as well as night drives.
- Etosha Heights offers up the chance to spot and photograph lions, elephants and those elusive black and white rhinos.
- The double level hide with large waterhole is a must for a few hours.

Day 4: Kaokoland
- After breakfast has settled, you’ll swap the rolling grasslands of Etosha Heights for the dry deserts and sandy rivers of the Hoanib Valley.
- Depart for Kaokoland after a morning safari activity and breakfast.
- The stunning Hoanib Valley awaits with free-roaming wildlife and picturesque desert scapes.
- After check-in and time to relax, an afternoon game drive and sundowner drinks are on the cards.

Day 5: Kaokoland
- Morning and afternoon safari activities through some of the most striking landscape Namibia has to offer as well as extraordinary desert-adapted wildlife.

Day 6: Skeleton Coast

Days 7-8: Skeleton Coast
- The next two days are spent exploring the secrets that the Skeleton Coast has on offer.

- A walk along the shore of the Atlantic Ocean is a must.

Day 9: Northern Namibia Family Safari Safari Ends
- Today, after your morning activities you transfer back to either Swakopmund or Windhoek.
- The transfer from Skeleton Coast is either by chartered flight or road transfer depending on your budget.

The Road To Sossusvlei
Once one navigates the main Sesriem entrance gates and enters the national park a pleasant surprise awaits, a tarred road (yes, a tarred road) that extends all the way through to the main parking area near Sossusvlei.

In November and December of last year (2019), we loaded our Jeep and headed north out of Cape Town, destination Namibia and the Kunene River, her border with Angola.
A couple of thousand kilometres later, we returned, this time, more in love with country than ever.
Windhoek Oktoberfest 2021
On the 25th and 26th of October, the Sports Klub Windhoek will host the 55th edition of the Oktoberfest. Over 5000 people are expected to attend (compared to 1000 in 2010).
