Facilities

The main guest area at andBeyond Lake Manyara Tree Lodge features a thatched roof made of palm fronds, wooden flooring and is open to the bushveld on two sides. The decor is sophisticated and stylish in an unobtrusive luxurious way.

Comfortable couches, wooden tables with wildlife literature and local African artworks are dotted around. This is all on the second floor.

The WILDChild programme is designed for kids aged 5-12 and offers a range of activities such as tracking smaller wildlife, bird recognition and spotting, cooking lessons with the chef, butterfly walks, swimming and playing games such as ping pong and board games

Tree Lodge has a pool where the little ones can cool off and play in the hot African sun.

Children 12 years and over are allowed on game drives, while children under the age of 12 are allowed on games at management's discretion.
