Rooms and Suites

All of the canvas suites at Old Drift Lodge offer guests beautiful views of the Zambezi River. The suites are large and luxurious, with indoor and outdoor showers, an outdoor bath, and a private deck and plunge pool. Old drift offers up some of the most amazing private outdoor showers and baths in the whole of Zimbabwe.

Guests can enjoy the views and sounds of the river from their suites, as well as from the lodge's sala.

Old Drift also offers family suites, which interconnect two bedrooms and is suitable for families of up to five people. The private plunge pool is perfect for families and those hot Zimbabwean summer days.

Suite amenities include air conditioning, dressing gowns, electrical outlets, a fan, hair dryer, heater, mini-bar, mosquito nets, safe, and tea and coffee-making facilities.

Cuisine and Wine

Old Drift Lodge offers an excellent variety of cuisine options to choose from. Whether you are looking for a light snack or a more formal dining experience, you will find something to your taste. The wine selection is also top-notch, with something to suit every palate.

The central guest area is interesting as it offers 360-degree views, north facing onto the Zambezi River and south into the Zambezi National Park. For those interesting in birdlife photography, this is the lodge to look at.

Old Drift Lodge offers a variety of amenities to its guests, including an activity desk, laundry service, mobile connectivity, and a pool. Additionally, Old Drift provides guests with access to the internet and secure parking (should you be self-driving).
