Rooms and Suites

Seven stunning, luxuriously appointed suites are available, all with views out over and into the Madikwe Reserve.

Each Rhulani Safari Lodge suite is positioned far away from others to ensure complete privacy. Each and every luxury chalet offers guests a private plunge pool, a great place to spend time on those hot summer days. Air conditioning and coffee machine are also standard throughout.

En-suite bathrooms offer guests oval bathtubs, twin basins as well as indoor and outdoor showers.

A two-bedroomed luxury family suite is available for families with kids in tow.

Cuisine and Wine

Exquisite dining with traditional Southern African cuisine, all complimented by a world-class South African wine list and, of course, those ice-cold beers.

Dinners are served either in the indoor or outdoor dining areas. Nothing beats dining under African stars with a roaring fire and great conversation.

Wildlife Activities

Early morning and late afternoon game drives from Rhulani Safari Lodge will give you the opportunity to view a wide variety of wildlife species, including the legendary "Big 5" as well as Wild Dog, Cheetah and Spotted and Brown hyena, to mention only but a few.

All game drives take place under the guidance of a qualified field guide and tracker in open vehicles that can carry a maximum of 10 guests per drive.

Family Friendly

Let your children have fun in the playroom equipped with toys, art supplies and DVDs. Babysitters who will keep an eye on them while they are in the playroom or while they take time off to hunt for bugs together.

A short "Bumble Drive" after breakfast (Bumble Drive is a short child-friendly game drive around the property in which they can see some of the not-so-dangerous wildlife from the safety of the vehicle).

The family unit sleeps a max of six while all other thatched chalets (with added beds) can sleep a max of three at any one time.

Rhulani Safari Lodge is incredibly child and family-friendly.
